- A competitive process awards space to qualified applicant
- Provides management and insurance coverage
- Spaces for studio, rehearsal, office, installation and exhibition
- Space available from a few months to over a year
- Program is funded through corporate donations, foundations, and public sources
- Project stipends are offered when funding is available
